Priced by truck count, not by seats. Add your whole office at no extra cost — a dispatcher, a bookkeeper and a safety manager cost the same as one person.

Most software in this market quotes “Custom” and makes you sit through a call to find out you can't afford it. Here are the numbers.

Founder pricing

  • Subscribe by December 31, 2026 and keep the founder price for as long as your subscription stays active: $69, $169 or $329 a month instead of $89, $189 or $349.
  • The price is locked to the tier, not the amount. If you grow from 4 trucks to 9, you move to the 6–15 tier at its founder price.
  • If you cancel and come back, founder pricing is gone.

Migration from your current TMS is free and done by us.

How does the free trial work?

You get 10 days with everything included, from the day your account is created, and no card. One free trial per account owner. During the trial, reading documents with AI is limited to a number of reads a day, shown in the app.

If you subscribe during the trial, the plan is charged from that day; unused trial days don't carry over. If the trial ends without a subscription, the account goes read-only for 30 days: everyone can still sign in, see everything and export it. The data is deleted within 60 days of the end of the trial, and we email the owner at least 7 days before.

How do I pay?

From the billing page in the app: pick your tier and monthly or annual, then pay by card at checkout. Payments go through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record — they issue your receipt and handle any sales tax that applies. We never see your card details.

Billing is monthly or annual, always in advance. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

Can I change tier?

Yes, from the billing page in the app, whenever your truck count changes. The difference is prorated. On founder pricing you move to the new tier at its founder price.

Monthly or annual?

Either. Annual is charged at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. You can switch between them from the billing page.

How do I cancel or update my card?

In the customer portal, run by Lemon Squeezy, which you open from the billing page in the app. That's also where your invoices are. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

What if a payment fails?

Lemon Squeezy retries it over about two weeks. Your account stays fully available in the meantime, and we ask the owner to update the card. If the payment isn't recovered, the account goes read-only and the schedule below applies from that date.

What happens when a subscription ends?

The account goes read-only for 30 days: everyone can still sign in and export your loads, invoices, PODs and documents. The data is deleted within 60 days of the end of the subscription, and we email the owner at least 7 days before. We delete it sooner if the owner asks in writing.

Do I sign a contract?

No. You pay for a month or a year at a time and you can stop whenever you want. If you leave part way through a year you've paid for, we refund the part you didn't use — see our refund terms.
