Priced by truck count, not by seats. Add your whole office at no extra cost — a dispatcher, a bookkeeper and a safety manager cost the same as one person.

Most software in this market quotes “Custom” and makes you sit through a call to find out you can't afford it. Here are the numbers.

1–5 trucks

6–15 trucks

  • A dispatcher and a bookkeeper on the same records.
  • Roles split so the board and the money stay separate.
  • Document expiry tracked across the fleet.

16–30 trucks

  • Multiple dispatchers, split by role.
  • Settlement revisions with a record of what changed.
  • Unbilled, sent and unpaid tracked per broker.

31+ trucks

Custom
  • Tell us your fleet and we quote it.
  • Same product, priced for the size you run.
  • Migration scoped with you before you commit.

Early carriers

Founder pricing

  • Subscribe before October 31, 2026 and keep your price permanently.
  • The price is locked to the tier, not the amount. If you grow from 4 trucks to 9, you move to the 6–15 tier at its founder price.
  • If you cancel and come back, founder pricing is gone.

Migration from your current TMS is free and done by us.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account goes read-only. You keep everything and can export your loads, invoices, PODs and documents.

Can I change tier?

Yes. Tell us your truck count and we move you. On founder pricing you move to the new tier at its founder price.

Monthly or annual?

Either. Annual billing gives you two months free against the monthly price. You can switch to annual later.

What payment methods do you take?

Card, through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record — they issue your receipt and handle any sales tax that applies. You'll get a customer portal where you can update your card, switch tiers, download invoices or cancel, without going through us.

Billing is monthly or annual, always in advance. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

Do I sign a contract?

No. You pay for a month or a year at a time and you can stop whenever you want. If you leave part way through a year you've paid for, we refund the part you didn't use — see our refund terms.

No self-serve signup and no free trial. We work with a small number of carriers right now, because we do the setup ourselves. More on how we work.
